About Us
The Past
HES was created by Emily Henson, a speech-language pathologist working with school districts as a contractor. After 7 years of working in public schools across the country, Emily noticed a gap widening between herself, her contract company, and the districts she was working with. To put it simply, she thought she could do it better.
The Now
HES offers a transparent, empowering work environment for educators. The mission of HES is to create lasting & supportive client relationships that ensure exceptional client outcomes. HES provides full-time employees with paid sick time, 401k opportunities, licensure reimbursement, and free CEU opportunities to maintain employee happiness. For schools, HES offers wrap-around support that includes quarterly check-ins, campus visits, staffing development, and coaching as needed.
The Future
HES aims to grow from a small, local business to a leader in clinical staffing that models how a contract company should support both employees and educational entities.
We will get there through strong relationships with the districts we support and our service providers.
