About Us
The Past
HES was created by Emily Henson, a speech-language pathologist working with school districts as a contractor. After 7 years of working in public schools across the country, Emily noticed a gap widening between herself, her contract company, and the students she was working with. To put it simply, she thought she could do it better.
The Now
HES offers a transparent, empowering work environment for educators within the public school system. The mission of HES is to create lasting & supportive client relationships that ensure exceptional client outcomes. When working with school districts it became abundantly clear that it was more than students that need support, it was families as well. HES started providing parent and family coaching services to fill this need.
The Future
HES aims to grow from a small, local business to a leader in clinical staffing that models how a contract company should support both employees and educational entities.
We will get there through strong relationships with the districts we support and our service providers.
